Tap the “All” button to see every message in your inbox—whether read, unread, sent, or starred.

Click “Unread” to filter and view only messages that you haven’t opened yet.

To see messages you’ve already opened, click the “Read” tab.

Click the “Sent” tab to view all the messages you’ve sent from your account.

Use the “Starred” tab to see messages you’ve marked as important or favorites.

Use the search bar to type in a name, phrase, or keyword to quickly find a specific message.

Click the "Newest" button on the top-right to sort messages from most recent to oldest.

🧾 Step 9: Sort Messages (Oldest to Newest)

Click the sorting dropdown and select "Oldest" to reverse the order and view your oldest messages first.
